HypnoMinutes are produced by professional hypnotherapists Lyn and Paul Thurman.

Paul has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and holds a certificate in Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). He has been in private practice since 2005.

As well as producing HypnoMinutes, Paul is available for private consultations in the South Hampshire area.
